Initiating activity of Hofrey Hasharon in a variety of development in Prague, the capital of Czech Republic, in private partnership with Shahaf Development & Construction Czech S.R.O. The first project is currently in last phases and includes 10 luxury apartments at Prague-5 with a grand value of 3 Million Euro. The second project at Prague-5, includes 14 luxury apartments with a grand value of 5 Million Euro. Also, the company develops at Prague-10 160 units as part of ten buildings with a grand value of 30 Million Euro.



Lev Hasharon Green Center at Kadima
Initiating activity of Hofrey Hasharon to develop a commercial building and a gas station in Kadima, including 3,000 square-meter construction, among which 1,000 square-meter is for commercial use and the remainder for other various uses. Also, the construction of a 1,800 square-meter parking lot for the use of the entire center.
